Madilina House reserves the right to require either a complete or partial advance payment in order to guarantee the reservation. Amount of prepayment and a schedule for prepayment will be contracted with customer in writing. Advance payment can be made either online through the links provided, by credit/debit cards or via Bank transfer.
Cancellation and refund
Confirmed bookings can be cancelled 15 days prior to arrival without any penalty and any amounts paid will be refunded in full.
Bookings cancelled between 14 days upto 8 days prior will incur a charge of 50 % of one nights room tariff.
Confirmed reservations cancelled less than 7 day will attract a cancellation charge of 1 nights room tariff.
