Chilli Out Cafe was originally started by Edward, a Portuguese national who had made Cherai his home and was a serious foodie and a great chef. Now owned and operated by Pierre Abgrall and team who also own the Madilina House the cafe has had a serious upgrade without loosing its charm. It still has a very laid back ambience and still serves the menu perfected by Edward...a just a bit more comfortable seating and a more boutiquey decor. It`s still a great feel and a great gourmet experience.
